Impersonates any person or entity
Contains any viruses or other harmful components
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including without limitation the design, graphics, and text, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any content from the Application without our prior written consent.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate your license to use the Application at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Application.
